
Bvlgari The renowned Italian firm specializing in luxury watches, jewelry and perfumes, will be acquired by the French group LVMH, for which it has reached an agreement with the Family Bvlgari to buy 50.4% of its shares, value of 4.300 billion euros against the 3,700 euros that were handled early, and thus strengthen its international leadership position in the luxury sector, dominated by an empire with more than fifty brands. The company Moët Hennessy Louis Vouitton (LVMH), has chosen the route of acquisitions to grow in recent years to achieve it, goes a step further with this operation within strategy, and it is the biggest expense of the company in 10 years.
